Absurd godmode ahead! Allen is ridiculously powerful thanks to space and mind affecting powers, so I need to know what you're cool with and what he can't/shouldn't do.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? In theory yes. But prepare for panicking Ryoji.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? -
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Sure.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? He's got a Persona. 8D;
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nope and nope.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Protection/love of his siblings.
5b. If no, why not? -
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? He. Has a Persona. idk
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? PERSONA PERSONA PERSONA also he used to house death idk if he can pick that up.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yes but Ken might panic. And you might have the rest of Strega on your ass.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? -
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Sure.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? He's got a Persona. 8D;
Protection of Strega, revenge for his mother's death.
5b. If no, why not? -
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? He. Has a Persona. idk
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? PERSONA PERSONA PERSONA.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Sure.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? -
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yeah but don't push too hard or he might shoot you…
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Not in the least. 8D;
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? No and no.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Protecting his family and the human race even from their own stupid decisions.
5b. If no, why not? -
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Not anymore. 8D;
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? He's like 92 but he looks like he's in his mid 30s. :|b
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way?
More than likely. Reno has no psychic defenses as far as anyone can tell. He is highly perceptive though and if there's something off or something wrong with the illusion he may comment on it.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character?
Yep. Be warned Reno may retaliate if it was unwarranted.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way?
Spirits in Gaia aren't quite the same as in the Tower so nope.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower?
I don't even know on this one.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character?
Reno has a pretty strong will. His emotions don't usually exist on the surface, and he can push away emotions when he needs to. I don't know if this would make it more difficult to read him, but probably can be read in some way.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion?
The desire to get the hell out of the Tower. Other than that, survival
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice?
He... can communicate with his materia? It's a skill all people from his world have and necessary in order to cast magic, plus he's moderately powerful with magic.
Extending from that, some people on his world have the ability to communicate with the planet itself and it's hinted in canon books that this is inherent to all humans on that world and depends on genetics, lifestyle and willingness to try. There may be a deeply hidden ability Allen could detect because of this, but I don't know how far you want to go with that.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning?
He's got some kickass tattoos under his eyes. COULD BE A MARK OF SOME SORT OF ORGANIZATION. Or not.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? With Roxas he can, Phillip he could try but it'd have a 50% chance of not working, and Alcor is impervious to illusions on that level.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Phillip is half-data and his brain works in...interesting ways, and Alcor is a star-god who commands demons with psychic powers on a daily basis.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Go for it with all three!
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Alcor would be the only one who might, but since Allen isn't a god himself, Alcor might not pay it much mind.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? My first two have no way of anchoring or preventing themselves from being teleported, but the thought of Alcor having teleport-tag with someone is sort of amusing. He can't anchor, though.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yes, on all three. It's going to be harder with Alcor, but he's sort of new to having a "will" anyway.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Rox is FRUSTRATION RRR, Phillip is curiosity, and Alcor is hope-also-human-willpower-is-so-cool.
5b. If no, why not? n/a
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Only Alcor, and he is amazingly horrible at disguising his power at all. He basically radiates all his god-ness and star-ness and doesn't even think to hide it.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Phillip will probably want to study him, just a warning. :|b Also if you need any clarification, just ask, since this is sort of messy D';
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Nothing's stopping him from messing with Sayaka or Klara.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yes.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? No.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nothing preventing~!
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yes.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Sayaka's is increasingly muddled by her time here - though majorly tilts to protect, and to her own huge grudge vendetta at the admins. The 'love' factor has gotten tied up in humongous threads of "it's complicated and I don't know how to even mentally approach it now."
For Klara, her motivation is.. hm. Honestly, I would say 'confusion.'
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Sayaka can sense magical individuals in a limited way; Klara can sense the presence of the Sand Plague, a harmful bacteria that can only exist in living tissue.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Nope, unless you require such!

1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yep he can
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? N/A
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yep this is fine
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Taiki would potentially be able to sense him if he was feeling very violent or had been in contact with blood. But he wouldn't know who it was or where he was exactly, just be able to sense the blood etc
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nope he should be able to teleport them all and they can't anchor him
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yep
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Romeo: hope, utter determination to help his friends Taiki: it's less an emotion as his kirin nature, he is loyal and benevolent Suzaku: grim determination, almost desperation Shion: hope and fear
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? He might notice Taiki's two shirei (demons) that are around him as shadows when not actually out as creatures by his side, if he can sense stuff like that
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yes. Tara is especially suspectible to this, as she's been accompanied by a malevolent entity posing as her ex for several weeks. However, I would prefer that the illusions not be drastically prolonged.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? N/A
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yes. Healing is limited in Buffyverse, though, so I'd prefer that no important or especially fiddly bones get broken (so, wrists, but not ribs).
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Tara can sense/read auras - so, if he has one, and he hangs around, she would probably become aware that someone is there, although she couldn't see him if he were currently invisible. And, with the right magic, she could probably still affect him. Ghosts are a threat that she's had to face, back home.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? No and...if she catches him in some sort of binding spell, the sort normally used on summoned creatures to keep them under control, then possibly. We can talk. I'm extrapolating. With a great deal of effort, though, he could probably eventually bust out.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yes
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Fear - fear of people not getting along, hating her, hurting her, doing bad things that she can't prevent, etc.
5b. If no, why not? N/A
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? The aforementioned aura reading.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Not that I can currently think of, but I'll add in if I do!
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? I don't think they'd be as effective on Taro… but he's welcome to try.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Taro's skilled at illusions himself, given what he is. So he might be able to but not as well?
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Sure go for it.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Not in the least!
Sure? It might come across weird though, given that he's non-human.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Curiosity. A sense of 'doing the right thing', even if it's not in the way most would do it.
5b. If no, why not? See above.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Aside from the aforementioned illusion stuff, nah, not really.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Hi. :3<
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? I don't think his powers would be as effective on Viente.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? As a vampire, Vicente gains a boost to willpower (which increases magic resistance) and illusion spells.
He has a power that lets him see anything invisible. This power works on ghosts too, when I tested my own vampire powers in Oblivion.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? No
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Loyalty to his god and family. Dunno if that counts as an emotion, but I dunno how else to describe it.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? He can sense body heat.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? ...Uhm, potentially, it'll be a fight though.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Mukuro's an illusionist himself. So far in canon only one person's beaten him at "Illusionist bitchfight, who gets to define the other person's reality", and that one was over a hundred and playing to his expectations. He'll be playing the same game right back and it'll probably get VERY messy.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Sure!
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Might pick up something's around, but it'd be a "...*being watched????*" thing.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nope.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? hahahaha sure. It's a bit confused right now.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? ...Well, he's basically a living weapon finding a purpose, and some of that's been identifying as some sort of living instrument of divine judgment. There's revenge somewhere at the root of it, but it's weirdly calm anymore, with a layer of desire to protect himself/certain people.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Most of his ability to pick up on things just seems to be situational awareness and good intuition/instincts.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? He's been killed/revived repeatedly to punt him across the incarnational cycle, and his powers are basically ties to those other "selves" leaking. It probably reads really freaking weird.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Sure! The Doctor does have some experience with perception-altering stuff, so he may be able to figure out that something is weird if given time to inspect illusions.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Certainly! The Doctor is pretty durable physically.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Nope.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nothing supernatural, but he does have long arms and legs that are useful for flailing around like an idiot.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yup.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Love. The Doctor wants to help people, protect people, and he will do anything to accomplish that goal. He is, after all, the Doctor of everything.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? As a Time Lord, he can feel the flow of time and space.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? He is a very old person (1100+ years) in a young person's (24 years) body. In canon he is said to have old eyes.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Nope. Lucifer is immune.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it?
Lucifer is one of the single most powerful beings in his version(s) of the universe(s) he originates in. Along with this, he's canonically immune to mind affecting spells and abilities.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character?
This is fine with me. Unfortunately, Lucifer can push back incredibly hard as well.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way?
He couldn't see them specifically, but he could sense incredibly strong/supernatural beings and thus would be aware of Allen's presence.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower?
Yep. Given how powerful a being he is, the person teleporting him would have to be a god on equal level at the least with Lucifer himself.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character?
He can.
Lucifer's motivating emotions are his pride and desire to prove YHVH wrong and destroy him, as well as his desire to see a world where man and demonkind live together as equals. A form of equality dictated by constant warfare but hey. You say tomato, I say tomatoe.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice?
If just by senses you mean extraordinary senses of vision/taste/smell, yes. Lucifer possesses the ability to tell what other super natural beings are.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? He's the fucking devil.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Nope.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? He is a god. :V I don't think he could manage it against Fou-Lu.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Sure.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Yep. He can sort of... vaguely sense power levels, and he can see otherworldly spirits (faeries being the example for Ryu in canon and they pretty much share abilities so...)
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? He doesn't but he'll be pissed. :|
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Anger, sadness, pride, disappointment... that kind of emotional package.
5b. If no, why not? -
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Just the spiritual sense I think.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Please don't piss off the god-emperor. 8(
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? He can try, yeah. Anti-All reduces the effectiveness of mystic attacks though which is basically status effects.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? See above.
He can sense power vaguely but not too well.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Sure.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Why not.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Anger.
5b. If no, why not? N/A
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Just the vague power sensing.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Nah. You know how to grab me.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? He can, but...
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Luke, being a god, will be good at working out that it's an illusion all the same. He may not be able to break it, but he'll probably be able to tell, after a little bit.
Again, Luke can't affect him, but he'll probably be able to sense someone is there.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nope! Teleport away.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Why not?!
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Amusement.
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? ....god...sense????? idek if he'd notice that, but he definitely wouldn't be able to manipulate that one.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Other than the fact that he's a Norse god, n o p e.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yes. But Enoch will be confused and angry at him later.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? N/A
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yep!
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Well, he can see angels and ghosts, but there's no telling whether it's because the angel wanted to be seen, or if the ghosts are typically invisible. So let's just say he can't.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nope, and nope. If Enoch couldn't be teleported, we'd have a game over at every fall!
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure!
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? A strong sense of justice and raw determination under outside pressure. At rest...mostly piety and the pain of loss. The latter of these will obviously be stronger when thinking of someone he's lost.
5b. If no, why not? N/A
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Nope!
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? He...might sense as very slightly angelic, or "ascended"; also he's immortal. I don't know if Allen can pick up on that or not or what "angelic" would be to him, so I'll just leave the interpretation of that up to you.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Probably not when he's at full alert.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Magic and his own mental abilities, I had to dig through comic canon to see him vs. psychics and while he's not the exact same, obviously, he's got mental prowess.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yep, just send me a note first, so we can figure shit out.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? I honestly don't know, Loki has a keen sense magically, but if he doesn't have magic than no.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? If he's not expecting it I'm sure he can be moved. Also he wont prevent him unless he knew he could teleport in the first place-- either way it's highly unlikely.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure, since I don't want him to seem impervious to everything either; though forewarning it will make Loki rage like no one's business if he knows. LOL
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Jealousy. And love that turned to hate, kinda.
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? I think his magic gives him a better spatial awareness, if that counts.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Hi o/
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Absolutely!
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it?
Nope. He's just an alchemist.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nope!
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yes.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? A strong desire to set things right, and to keep his family and friends safe.
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Nope.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Not that I can think of!
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Sure!
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it?
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Go for it.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? She has a persona? :D
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nooope.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Naoto is a difficult person to read, she's good at keeping her emotions under wraps. I'm not sure if that would have any effect on his ability, but regardless, I am totally ok with him using it on her!
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion?JUSTICE. No, but really. Curiosity is a big one, the desire to help and protect those she cares about.
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Persona? :'D
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? PERSONA PERSONA PERSONA PERSONA.
Also she is still kind of passing herself off as a boy. Kind of. It's more... she's not correcting people if they assume she is.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yes, to a degree.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Nigredo has rather heavy mental shielding, but given enough pressure/depending on the emotional distress it can unravel.
Nigredo wouldn't be able to see Allen, but he'd be able to "feel" his general presence, if faintly. Not enough to know where Allen is so much as that he's there, until he disappears behind the noise of everything else.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Teleportation is definitely possible, and although with strain, it could also be possible for anchoring.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Certainly, to a degree.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? That difficult to say; depends on what Nigredo's goal is. Generally speaking, it's to always protect.
5b. If no, why not? Again, it'd be met with heavy resistance, yet still possible once past that.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Considering Nigredo is empathetic, someone at Allen's caliber of power would certainly notice and can confuse that, since he has no control over what he, himself, senses.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? /o/ HAVE FUN ALLEN
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way?
Sure, but know that Kairi is hard to try to mind control, what with her Keyblade and all. But, he's more than welcome to try!
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? The Keyblade as well as her Light.
Not really.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower?
She can perform Zero Gravity and Magnet related spells all with her Keyblade.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character?
Go for it.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion?
Help those who are suffering at all costs and help the worlds.
5b. If no, why not?
N/A.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice?
While she doesn't have any extra senses, she does have someone's heart laying dormant inside of her. Basically, she's a heart hotel. :|
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way?
Yes, but Haruhi will be difficult to control.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it?
Haruhi has an invisible barrier that protects her from outside attacks as well as Celestials.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character?
Sure, go ahead.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way?
Haruhi cannot see spirits normally, but she can affect them physically or mentally sometimes.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower?
There is, but Haruhi will generally allow being teleported so it should be fine. And no, Haruhi cannot anchor.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character?
Go for it.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion?
Basically to find anything that is out of the norm and have fun, especially with aliens, time travelers, espers, and the like.
5b. If no, why not?
N/A
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice?
Well, she basically sense like a ridiculously powerful being, especially since Haruhi has been considered as 'god' in the throughout the series.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Partially, see below
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Her Fate Sight is an angelic ability that taps into the deepest patterns of the universe, so he could fool her "human" senses but not her angelic ones. The tower is unusual enough that he could probably trick her with inanimate illusions so long as she is in her human form. But in her angelic form it wouldn't be likely.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? When she's in human form yes, but it will be much less effective when shes in her angelic form
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? yes, Fate Sight + being an Angel.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? To the former, only in Angel Form. For the later, she can manifest threads of fate ether that could act as physical anchors, but given the level of a Testament's power, this would only be effective against him in her Angel Form.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yes! Her Angel Form will be particularly vulnerable to being read in that regard.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Desire to protect her family upon arrival, sorrow over missing family once she accepts the situation
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Possibly Fate Sense? I don't know that he'd be able to pick up on it directly, because its not something she actively DOES or uses, its a passive sense of her race. Unless he can actively get into her THOUGHTS or actually see through her eyes I doubt he'd notice specifically what it is, though he might be able to tell she had something extra.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Not that I can think of at this moment.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yep! He already has some mind screw bullshit in his history, so it'll be super fun.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Acceptable!
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? He might have some spiritual perception crap going on since a) he can experience the Dark Hour at home, and b) can summon a Persona, but he wouldn't be able to affect anything.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? I do not think so V:
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure, but given the circumstances I am tagging this in is him being an evil cat monster, it probably wouldn't work. It would at normal times though!
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? He is a complete nihilist/live in the moment person, so there's a lot of impulsiveness. If there's anything else planned to it, it's likely anger or loyalty.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Persona-related crap I guess? But that's limited to observing the Dark Hour I think.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? His Persona is tl;dr a fake that regularly tries to murder him and go crazy and murder other people.
Filling this out for all of these people: Minato Arisato | Persona 3 [AU - Strega!verse] Link | LoZ: Ocarina of Time [AU - genderswap] Legion | Mass Effect 2 [OU]
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yes, for all of them.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? N/A
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yes, all of them.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Link has some supernatural senses but those are mostly only if someone is considered 'evil'. However she has the Lens of Truth, which WILL show her invisible objects or 'fake' things, so she might discover him. But only if she's LOOKING intentionally or something tips her off. :)
Legion is a robot. It's other senses won't be as easily fooled, but if it can't see you, I think you're good.
Minato won't see anything. But he'll get a vague idea something's up, since lol Personas.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower?
Nah, not really. For any of them. He can teleport just fine.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character?
Yep, sure can! Except Legion, since... Legion is a robot.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Link: Courage, obviously. And kindness. Wanting to help people. Minato: Wanting to protect people, mostly, especially himself and his team. Fear, to some extent.
5b. If no, why not? ... Legion is a robot and it'd be really complicated for me to explain. Let's just list it as "too many 'minds' at once to read a specific thing" out of it.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice?
Link: She can notice the supernatural pretty easily and can use magic, so yeah. Minato: His Persona is um, kind of Death? It's weird. He can slightly sense things related to living/dead things. Legion: nope. Machine.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning?
Legion is an AI. And like... 1000+ programs in one mind. Dunno how that'll affect much, though.
Minato has half of Death (long story) as his Persona which manifests and tries to kill him. A lot. If you get in his head, you might risk Thanatos being kind of pissy about it.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yep this is fine
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? N/A
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yep this is also fine (though she says it's cheating)
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Nope she can't.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nope teleportation is fine too
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yup
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Part religious/morality conditioning and part a desire to be her own person, with some tangled web of loyalty and duty mixed up in all that
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Nope
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? is that something he does just because he can, or with an intent in mind? :0 if the latter, sure, let's plot something! ♥
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? derp probably nothing, I can't think of any kind of ability Terra would have minus his will
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? suuuuuuuure
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? nope!
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? don't think so? go for it!
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? go for ittttt.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? AQUA AND VEN
5b. If no, why not? 8V
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? uh...Terra has been trained to 'sense' the light and darkness in people? dunno if that counts.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? nothing I can think of!
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? I don't see why not.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? See above.
Nope.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? No to both questions.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? I don't see why not.
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Being empathetic towards others and hoping that others will understand her.
5b. If no, why not? N/A.
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Tohko's sense of taste is a bit different than normal humans, so he might sense that.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Have fun breaking the cutie!~
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Go for it! If there's ever a realization Vanellope will probably think he's "messing with the game code" though, which... could result in some rather entertaining interactions, actually.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? N/A
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Go for it~
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Not usually, though I like to think that Vanellope might be more likely to glitch if someone invisible is hanging around - as a reaction to something being "not quite normal". She wouldn't have any idea why it's going on and it wouldn't force him out into the open, though.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Not really, but she's likely to glitch when it happens. It wouldn't anchor him (probably the opposite, actually...)
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Why not, it could be fun!
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Determination/stubbornness. She really wants to find her place and prove to everyone that she's not just a mistake.
5b. If no, why not? N/A
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? No extra senses, but he may notice that she's not quite all there - being a glitch and all.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Nothing that I can think of!
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yes except for America's perception of his people.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Inherent nation-ness, basically.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yes
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? No
Yes
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? the desire to help his people, basically
5b. If no, why not? N/A
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Nation sense! Basically America has an inherent connection to the land (though for tiny America it's just the colonies right now) and his people and he can always feel it. He can also tell who's a nation just by feel.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? He's usually around England, who does have some magical abilities and stronger capabilities than the baby
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yup
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? n/a
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yup
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Nope he can't see or affect spirits
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower?
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yup
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? At this canon point it is getting Frodo to Mount Doom and saving the world, it will probably turn to surviving the tower and helping Frodo survivng
5b. If no, why not? n/a
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Nope he doesn't
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? For sure, though Ryoji will probably freak out.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it?
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? I don't see why not!
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Uh... he's Death, so he can likely see and interact with them.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nothing to prevent or anchor him.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure!
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Mainly protecting people he cares about, and keeping them safe from any dangers, including himself.
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Uh. Death has a cool alternate form called Thanatos that he can transform into willingly, and mainly keep under control. He also has the Nyx Avatar state, but he can't transform into that of his own volition.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? If there's anything else you'd like to know about, let me know.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? ... Yeah he can try with Break but the thing is, he's canonically quite very much able to tell illusions from fakes. His Chain also has the power to dispel them, but he probably won't use it unless he has a reason to. Basically if they get into contact together or whatever just poke me to hash that out? Either way, Break won't likely be fooled. At the very least he'll know something is off.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Not very much, Break is just extremely sensitive and perceptive. I imagine his Chain, the Mad Hatter, is telling him what he's seeing isn't real. Aside from that, he has experience with this kind of thing.
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Go ahead! Break can't stop that, fff.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Break can, yes. It's unclear if it's the eye eyes he has that can see the Abyss in canon or if it's the Mad Hatter, but it's likely he'd sense him nearby. That said he probably wouldn't bug him unless you wanted me to.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower?
Not unless he has the Hatter out, I think. It has weird cancelling abilities. Though it is worth noting Break himself has been shown to be able to use an almost alchemy-like magic circle/drawing that can bind people/Chains with magic to being pushed out of someone's body, or being held down, or whatever, it's unlikely he'd be able to stop it without knowing beforehand or wanting to.
He only uses the Hatter if he HAS to, and he'd prefer NOT to.
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure, go ahead. Although it's worth noting he won't get as much as he would from most people. Break is rather good at hiding this kind of thing, so while he'll get something, it won't be clear. Kind of fuzzy. Lots to do with tea and cake, I imagine. |D
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? A desire to fulfill a goal is about all he will get. To whom, what it is, why... well, who can say? Loyalty, mostly, is his motivation.
5b. If no, why not? Not quite no, not quite yes, but I think I answered this above?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? YES. His Hatter would tell him, and Break is, again, QUITE perceptive.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Break himself is older than he appears and is legally contracted with a very odd creature called a Chain that he houses in his body. He doesn't age. If you have any other questions I'd be happy to explain, though. Chains are... kind of weird, fff.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yes
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it?
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Yes
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? Maka can see souls, and so she'd probably be able to see him
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nope
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Sure!
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Stubbornness, anger, a desire to prove herself.
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? As mentioned above, Maka has soul perception/sixth sense.
1. He can mess with people's minds to affect their perceptions. This essentially translates to hyper-realistic illusions with no real tell. Can he control your character's senses in this way? Yes and expect it to work awkwardly well.
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it?
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Go for it! Duke will think its a form of magic.
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way? There are 'ghost' type monsters in Duke's canon and they were much mroe resistant to physical than magic; if magic is able to effect him, then Duke will have a vague idea something is there.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? Nope and nope!
5. It's vague, but canon hints that Testaments have some ability to read a character's will to find out what motivates them. Can he do this to your character? Yes
5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? Love for a sibling (Duke will say a sister, but in thoughts refers to a brother), and that vague feeling of "I ought to protect people who need protection"
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? Duke can sort-of sense magic. It has to be "in motion" / "active" / "thick" to be noticed.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Duke is really a girl, and that might be noticeable through mind stuff?

Date: 2012-04-30 02:07 am (UTC)More than likely.
Or not.

Date: 2012-05-01 02:06 am (UTC)1a.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning? Phillip will probably want to study him, just a warning. :|b Also if you need any clarification, just ask, since this is sort of messy D';

Romeo: hope, utter determination to help his friends
Taiki: it's less an emotion as his kirin nature, he is loyal and benevolent
Suzaku: grim determination, almost desperation
Shion: hope and fear
5b. If no, why not?
6. Tying into his ability to manipulate senses, does your character have any extra senses he'd notice? He might notice Taiki's two shirei (demons) that are around him as shadows when not actually out as creatures by his side, if he can sense stuff like that
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning?

He has a power that lets him see anything invisible. This power works on ghosts too, when I tested my own vampire powers in Oblivion.
4. Teleportation. Unlikely, but is there anything about your character that prevents them from being teleported? Alternately, can they anchor him so he can't pop off to the other side of the tower? No

Date: 2012-05-21 07:31 am (UTC)1a.

Date: 2012-05-21 08:32 pm (UTC)2.

Date: 2012-05-29 04:40 am (UTC)1a.

Again, Luke can't affect him, but he'll probably be able to sense someone is there.

Loki Laufeyson [OU]
Date: 2012-07-02 10:55 am (UTC)1a.
Hi o/
Edward Elric | Fullmetal Alchemist [OU]
Date: 2012-07-10 02:36 pm (UTC)1a. If he can't, what's blocking it?
2. If pushed, it's entirely likely that he'll try to use telekinesis to defend himself or otherwise fend someone off. May he do this to your character? Sure!
3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way?

5a. If yes, what is their primary motivating emotion? JUSTICE.

Date: 2012-07-11 09:10 pm (UTC)1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? Nigredo has rather heavy mental shielding, but given enough pressure/depending on the emotional distress it can unravel.

Date: 2012-07-16 09:05 pm (UTC)Sure, but know that Kairi is hard to try to mind control, what with her Keyblade and all. But, he's more than welcome to try!
1a. If he can't, what's blocking it? The Keyblade as well as her Light.
Not really.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning?
Not really!

Date: 2012-07-31 09:07 pm (UTC)Yes, but Haruhi will be difficult to control.
7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning?
Nope!

Date: 2012-08-29 12:07 am (UTC)1a.

Date: 2012-09-05 01:35 am (UTC)2.
His Persona is tl;dr a fake that regularly tries to murder him and go crazy and murder other people.
only just now rounding permissions I forgot to do sob
Date: 2012-09-06 05:46 pm (UTC)1.

Nope

derp probably nothing, I can't think of any kind of ability Terra would have minus his will

3. He has a tendency to wander around invisibly and intangibly when he wants to be left alone and to turn invisible or intangible when he feels threatened. Can your character see/affect spirits in any way?

5b. If no, why not?

7. Anything else you think is worth mentioning?

Nope.

Date: 2012-12-09 02:03 pm (UTC)Go for it!
America (OU)
Date: 2013-01-06 07:53 am (UTC)1a.
No
Yes

HURP ADDING TO THIS SIGH Char again
Date: 2013-04-08 04:34 am (UTC)1.
It's unclear if it's the
eyeeyes he has that can see the Abyss in canon or if it's the Mad Hatter, but it's likely he'd sense him nearby. That said he probably wouldn't bug him unless you wanted me to.4.
